The policy written below is applied to all products that are purchased online via the website www.kanznae.com:
- The claim will only be viable if:
- The product/item received has manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size, at the time of delivery.
- The product/item do not match with original specification, or the product found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered to be one item, so they may not be returned partially or individually.
- All product/item purchased can be exchanged or return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Prior to shipping the package return back to Kanznae, you will need to notify us within 3 days by contacting us via Call/WhatsApp on +92-300-1707710 or by writing us at email@example.com
- You will be required to E-mail or WhatsApp us photographic evidence of the defective items, in case the package contain defected/faulty/damaged item(s).
- Make sure the product you want to exchange/return is intact with all tags and accessories.
The customer will be responsible for shipment costs of return. In case, you have received a wrong or damaged article because of our negligence, we will bear the courier charges.
- After approval of your request and receival of package, the company will refund your amount via coupon or in customer’s bank account as per the customer preference.
- Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.
- Articles purchased on “SALE” can be exchanged and replaced, but can’t be returned. and customer will bear the delivery charges.
Free delivery is only applicable for one time only. If you miss your order delivery. Upon redelivery, charges of delivery will be charged.
- The order can be cancelled by customer any time before the order is dispatch from our side. Once the order is shipped, return and exchange policy will be applied.
- Kanznae has the rights to cancel the order at any stage or at any time during the processing of order due to any condition that seems necessary and will not bear any damages suffered due to non-fulfillment of said order.
- There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support exchanges and returns. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
(Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged or return)
- The product has tampered.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories
Kanznae has the right to make changes to exchange and return policy any time, for any reason that seems necessary.
- Kanznae offer Free delivery all over Pakistan, for orders value PKR 5000 or above.
(PKR 200 delivery charges for all over Pakistan, for order value under PKR 5000)
- Kanznae offer [COD] cash on delivery and Mastercard/visa payment mode.
- It is the customer responsibility to provides us correct address and phone number at the time of booking/checkout.
- Kanznae is not responsible for non-shipment of ordered product due to unavailability of stock. Order verification is not considered to be order confirmation.
- Kanznae has aims to provide best possible services to processes orders as quickly as possible. Despite our tries some orders takes more time.
- During “SALE” the orders would be delivered with a slight delay.
Our logistics partner required 1-2 additional working day for delivery. However, this time required may varies depending on range of factors.
